Author Guidelines
IJRGP welcomes original research, reviews, case studies and short communications across disciplines. These publisher-level Author Guidelines apply to all journals under the IJRGP imprint unless a specific journal home page states a clear exception. Follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth editorial and peer-review process and to maximise discoverability and indexing readiness. Submit Manuscript →

Authorship, Contributions & CRediT
All authors must meet standard authorship criteria. The corresponding author confirms that all listed authors approve the manuscript and its submission.
| CRediT Role | Example (optional) |
|---|---|
| Conceptualization | Defining research questions, hypotheses |
| Methodology | Designing methods, protocols |
| Data Curation | Organizing and validating datasets |
| Formal Analysis | Statistical testing and interpretation |
| Writing — Original Draft | Initial manuscript writing |
| Writing — Review & Editing | Critical revision and editing |
| Supervision | Project oversight and guidance |
| Funding Acquisition | Securing financial support |
ORCID & Author Identifiers
We require the corresponding author to provide an ORCID iD. All authors are strongly encouraged to include ORCID iDs to improve discoverability and editorial verification.
Ethical Standards & Plagiarism Screening
By submitting, authors confirm that the manuscript is original, not under consideration elsewhere, and free of plagiarism. Manuscripts undergo editorial checks and may be screened by plagiarism-detection tools. For human or animal studies, provide ethics committee approval numbers and statements of informed consent where applicable.
View Publisher Policies → EthicsPreprints & Prior Publication
IJRGP permits submission of manuscripts previously posted to non-commercial preprint servers (e.g., arXiv, bioRxiv); authors must disclose any preprint at submission and provide the preprint DOI/URL. Material previously published in full elsewhere (including conference proceedings that are substantially identical) is not acceptable.
Fees, APCs & Waivers
Authors must consult the publisher APC & Waiver Policy for fees, payment procedures, and waiver eligibility. No fee is due at the time of initial submission unless explicitly stated.

Peer Review & Revision Expectations
Manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening for fit and compliance. Suitable manuscripts are sent to independent peer reviewers. IJRGP uses single/double-blind review per journal policy (see Policies → Peer Review & Editorial Process).
Typical timeline: initial decision within 0–2 days for desk rejections; full peer review 2–4 days depending on reviewer availability. Authors should respond to revision requests with a point-by-point response and a revised manuscript highlighting changes.
Corrections, Retractions & Complaints
IJRGP follows COPE guidelines for corrections, expressions of concern, and retractions. Policies and procedures are detailed under Publisher Policies → Publication Ethics & Misconduct . Authors may contact editorial@ijrgp.com to report errors or file appeals.
